The Tenkai Tribunal is a group consisting of the leaders of the three dimensions which were tasked with overseeing the cosmic balance along with their appointed avatars during meetings of the tribunal. It has the ability to take or give guardian-level power at will. It consists of the keepers of The Beast World, The Shadow's Den, and The Tenkai Vault.
