Happinet (Japanese: ハピネット, Hapinetto) (originally called Tosho Ltd. in 1969, then renamed as Tosho Corporation in 1972, and currently and fully known as Happinet Corporation as of 1991) is a Japanese toyline and company, created by Bandai on June 7, 1969, that focuses on producing toys, music, and video games. In November 1994, Happinet became an affiliate of Bandai. Their main base is located in Osaka, Tokyo, and they are a member of the Bandai Namco group. Kazuhiko Note is the current president and COO (Chief Operations Officer) of Happinet. Their goal is to support many people's needs and create dream-inspiring businesses, in order to improve people's lives.
Involvement in Tenkai Knights[]
Happinet makes brick-like toys for Tenkai Knights, which are more true to the anime design than the ones of Ionix. There are many figures Happinet made that Ionix hasn't created yet. Bandai sells the toys in Japan whereas Spin Master sells them in the western world.
